A license must be purchased for every individual developer (or tester) who works with iReasoning products directly or indirectly. Each license is intended to be for single use only, that is used only by one software developer.
Pricing for technical support is listed on each product's purchase page. Responses to standard support are guaranteed within one business day. Support covers installation issues, tool usage and application, and deployment.

Purchase Online

The "order now" buttons will link you to our secure ordering page. The secure ordering page is hosted by our online purchase partner Fastspring, which is an international payment processing service that handles credit cards (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express and Diner's Club, etc), checks, Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer, and money orders payment for us. We do not handle your payment directly, nor do we store your credit card number or other sensitive information. Fastspring does the payment processing for us. Fastspring has an excellent reputation for their security.

We reserve the right to deny an order for any reason. We do not provide refunds on orders. All sales are final. You will receive an e-mail with download instructions for the licensed software after order is placed, and Fastspring will send you the receipt for your payment. CD media or hardcopy documentation are not included in the purchases.
